The biggest difference
between the CarryAll and the original Purely Yours model is
the CarryAll has a high quality, Microfiber tote bag and cooling
elements.
This is one of our favorite pumps. It
is a very high quality pump, has the HygieniKit system built-in
and is $100 cheaper than a Medela Advanced model. The pump
is powerful and loaded with the same quality features of more
expensive pumps. The tote bag, while made with the same strong,
clean material as the Medela pump totes, does not look as
'professional'. The Medela pump almost looks like a briefcase
while the Ameda pump looks like a nice bag.

Ameda patented a silicone diaphragm that
is used in their new technology - HygieniKit. The Hygienkit
protects breast milk from bacteria and viruses. No other home
pump can make such claims and Ameda even received FDA approval
of their claims! This is incredible news... even cigarette
smoke is blocked from entering the pump and contaminating
the milk.
